Rabee Rodman
Hello Friends, I am Rabee Rodman, the creator, and founder of Robi Bakery. I am passionate about baking traditional pastries with a modern twist. I was born in Tehran, Iran, and raised in a Persian family with love for homemade food and pastries. When I was a child, I Helped my grandmother and aunt make Nokhodchi cookies, Berenji cookies, bake Saffron Cake, and all Traditional pastries for Nowruz. I learned from the best.
In 2006, after My graduation in Biology, I took some Baking classes, and I completed my education in baking. I Started a homemade bakery back in Iran.
Then I Postgrauteded in Psychology and started practicing Couple Therapy.
2019 migrated to the States to join my husband and start my new journey.
After a lot of research and work in different bakeries, I decided to start my own business and follow my passion in my kitchen, where all the magic and love happens every day. Robi Bakery (Rabee's Original Baking Ideas) was born out of my journey to self-discovery and connecting with my heritage of being an Iranian.
